These Terms of Service apply to your use of the website of Cama Business Solutions, Inc. dba CRC Web Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Spanaway, Washington. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or try to gain unauthorized access to it.

Services and Project Agreements

Our services are quoted individually and are governed by a signed project agreement between you and us. If these terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.

Payment Terms

Unless your project agreement says otherwise, a 50% deposit is due to start work and the remaining 50% is due at launch. An optional care plan is available for $50 per month. Hosting is billed monthly.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in each project. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

Ownership of Your Website

Once you have paid in full, you own the website we build for you.

Content You Provide

You are responsible for the text, images, and other content you supply to us, and you confirm that you have the right to use it.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

External Links

This site may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services at issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
